Swap Shop / Live Music

You probably noticed some changes in Pan

The most visible thing is the new bookcase built to

celebrate Birmingham, its people, our collection of

books, records, objects and local memorabilia.

However, we have put a even more time and effort into

installing an acoustic insulation layer, between us and

next door, so that we can put on live music on

weekends without noise interference.

To mark the occasion, the night will take the form of a swap shop. Bring along an item—book, object, or curiosity—to contribute to the shelves, and in return, take something away with you.

Throughout the evening, William William Rodgers will perform a selection of stories and songs, the soundtrack to a new chapter for Pan-Pan.

This event marks the end of our funded activity from Birmingham City Council's Vibrant and Active City Programme. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Come down for a night of electronic-focused experimentation.

A heady brew of improv, noise and remix culture that showcases the depth and diversity of the left-field music scene in Birmingham and beyond.

It’s a slice of cosmic pie for all the family, washed down with a hot jug of granular gravy. All in one Pan.
